Jaymee Foxx (also known as Static Shock and Electrocutioner) was a human actor and musician who served as a member of the shadowy Court of Ravens.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Jaymee Foxx was born in Honey Grove, Texas on October 31, 1967 to the teacher Shari Williams and the businessman Carl Foxx.
In preparation for a role where he was to play a "nerdy scientist", Foxx decided to "live the part" by pretending to be an employee at OZcorp. Dressed in stereotypical nerd garb, Foxx fooled many in his guise as an electrician.
Sometime later, Foxx was forced by Ryan Howard, who believed Foxx's act, to fix an electrical problem in one of OZcorp's genetics labs. Foxx attempted to fix two disconnected cables, but not knowing what he was doing, the resulting electrical current shocked him, and made him fall through several stairways and into a vat of water.
